Our packages reflect our care-centred approach to supporting you and your family. Each package is thoughtfully crafted to help you feel centred, empowered and connected. Additional Hours: $40 per hour. Comprehensive packaging available.

BIRTH & POSTPARTUM LEARNING & EXPLORATION

$225 | 3 sessions

This intentional and informative birth and postpartum education package will support you with the knowledge and tools to feel centred and empowered as you welcome your baby. We’ll explore key topics to help you feel ready for birth, your postpartum period and the early days of welcoming your baby.

Through these learning sessions, you’ll learn:

What to expect during labour and birth, including choices, comfort measures and decision-making tools
A look at postpartum healing and how to practically prepare for postpartum recovery, including tools for well-being
Foundational newborn care, with a focus on bonding and connection

Whether you're seeking clarity, reassurance, or practical guidance, this detailed package supports you every step of the way.

PRENATAL TO POSTNATAL CARE & EXPLORATION

$450 | 10 hours of support

This comprehensive support package is thoughtfully designed to walk alongside you throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience, helping you feel informed, prepared, and confident every step of the way.

Through a blend of virtual and in-person visits tailored to your unique needs, this offering includes:

Personalized planning for baby’s arrival, including help with baby registries, organizing your home space and setting up newborn essentials;
Support in exploring your birth preferences;
Reflection on pregnancy and birth experiences;
Creation of a practical postpartum wellness plan focused on rest, recovery and routines that work for your lifestyle;
Guidance on infant feeding and lactation support;
Emotional check-ins and space to reflect, process and ask questions;
In addition, direct connection to community resources and referrals to Birth and Postpartum Doulas for ongoing support, if needed.

This package is built to offer continuous, customized care to nurture your confidence and help you feel ready the entire journey.

NICU Care

$1600 | 40 hours of support

10% discount if directly referred from another Doula

In addition to emotional support, we offer practical assistance to help alleviate the stresses of daily life while your baby is in the NICU.

We provide:

Hospital visits, advocating for your baby's needs;
Resource coordination;
Transitioning to home, support with infant care including infant massage and lactation support;
Meal preparation and light household chores.

We are here to lighten your load and provide the support you need to focus on your baby’s well-being and your recovery. This offering is designed to not only lighten your load, but also to create a pathway toward bonding and connection with your baby.

INFANT (BABY) MASSAGE

$255 | 6 classes

10% discount if directly referred from another Doula

Strengthen your connection with your baby through our infant massage classes. Learn gentle, effective massage techniques that promote relaxation, improve sleep, enhance development and build a nurturing bond with your baby!

CENTERING WORDS FOR WELL-BEING

Sessions are free for past and present clients

A Bibliotherapy (non-clinical) journey designed to support and nurture parents as they navigate the joys and challenges of raising a baby. Through carefully curated books, poems, excerpts and quotes, you will embark on a guided exploration of your emotions, experiences and aspirations in the journey of parenthood.

COMMUNITY CARE
