I’m Kashauna (Ka-shaw-nah), a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Infant Massage Instructor, Community and Bibliotherapy Facilitator, serving families in the Durham Region, including Markham, Scarborough and North York.

At Centre Doula Care, our mission is to empower families by fostering compassionate, personalized, informed and accessible care. We prioritize bonding and nurturing connections with your newborn while supporting your healing journey in every way. Guided by evidence-based research, we provide education and maintain strong connections with the community and available resources.
